When you get a job, try to spare 10 minutes to compose a mail in
detail with the entire procedure with which you got selected. Write
all the details you know. The mail ID (or WebSite) where you applied
for the job, company profile, Written Test pattern, Sample
Questions, Interview Pattern etc.
That will help lot of
other people taking the test in future. They will remember your help
for life long.

This group is established by me (CHETANA) and
I have every right in deciding how to run the group and which
message to approve and which one to delete. I can BAN
a member or DENY a membership or REMOVE

Initially, I established the group only for my friends and then
opened it for all in order to extend my help to everyone. So, any

Remember that I am NOT a HR of any company. I am
also some individual like you. I established the group just to help
you. I am devoting lot of my personal time and money to run this group, even though I am
having a good Job.
Daily, I need to approve around 300 subscriptions, read around 500
messages, check which messages are genuine, edit them, approve them,
delete unnecessary messages etc. I am doing this despite of my busy
schedule. So, please understand and behave with sense !
ALL RESUMES AND ENQUIRIES SENT TO MY MAIL ID
WILL BE DELETED STRAIGHT-AWAY.
I will not be able to reply to any of your
personal mails. I will NOT be having time to check them.
Also I will not be having any info about various companies,
recruitment procedures, previous papers etc. Whatever info I have, I
send it to group only. So, do NOT send any
individual mails, as it is inconvenient for me. You won't get any
reply from me.
THE AUTHENTICITY OF INFORMATION BEFORE SENDING TO GROUP
Whenever you are providing a recruitment info,
PLEASE verify whether he/she (whose mail id is mentioned) is a HR
and/or willing to receive lot of resumes. Then only send the message
to group. It's solely your responsibility to check the authenticity
of message, as it's not possible for me to check the authenticity of
500 messages daily.
or Group won't be responsible if you send any wrong info to group.
You alone will be the responsible for any damages caused by the
wrong information sent by you. Bear in mind that you can be
prosecuted (by particular company or person to whom you caused
damage) in court for sending unauthentic information and causing
inconvenience to any company. So, I advise you to be very very
careful when sending any information or recruitments to group.
Remember that each mail you send to group reaches lots of people and
it wastes the time and money of all of them, if you give wrong info.
So, instead of those many people checking for the authenticity of
info, you can check it before sending. Everyone appreciates your
B'Cos, if I approve your mail to group, that person might get around
10000 resumes and it may cause so much of inconvenience to him/her.
So, please verify with him and if he
is willing to receive resumes, then only send the mail to our group

to final year projects are NOT allowed in the group. This group
is for job seekers, not for project seekers.

For eg, if you want 'Oracle' papers, search the messages with the
Key Word 'Oracle'. You will get most of the info.
If you don't get any info, then only post the message to group.
But, when asking for papers, you MUST
mention how you applied for that. You have to give the corresponding
Mail Id, WebSite, Complete Address etc. Give whatever details you
know about that company. And clearly mention the LOCATION of

complete office address, even if everyone knows it.
Otherwise, your query mail won't be approved
however urgent it may be for you.
If it is for a CAMPUS placement, you MUST
mention the College Name, Location, Date of Test/Interview and Your
Branch of Study, and other details you know about company.
That will help other people. Without these details, the enquiry
mails won't get approved. So, no use in sending them. Unless the
info you give is complete, I cannot approve any message.
If the Subject line is not clear enough, message will be deleted.
For eg, you should write clearly as following:
(QUERY) TCS papers needed for experienced
(QUERY) ORACLE papers needed for fresher walk-in
(QUERY) SYNTEL papers needed for Campus interview
Above all, even if you mention all details, your message may NOT
get approved. B'Cos I get around 300 messages daily and I can
approve only 30 or 40 mails out of them.
'Query' mails are of LEAST importance and will get approved only
Also if there is a test for Oracle, there will be around 50 people
sending Query to group for previous papers. I cannot approve each
and every message. So, I approve only 1 or 2 of them.
So, When replying to such queries, send the papers to group mail id
(firstname.lastname@example.org), instead of their personal mail id.
So that everyone will get that info.
Don't send any enquiries why your mail didn't get approved. You
should NOT do that according to Group Rules.
Do NOT reply to this mail. Please resend the your
mail to group id (email@example.com) after including all
the required details.
THINGS YOU MUST KEEP IN MIND
Remember that if some group member (including
myself) is sending a requirement, he is NOT a HR. He is trying to
help you. If you fill his mail box with your resumes, he won't be
sending any requirements next time to the group. Finally, it is
going to affect you only.
Don't send resumes to individual mail IDs, unless he is a HR.
If an employee is forwarding your resume, you should be grateful to
him for doing it, despite of his busy project schedule. Some
employees may not be able to forward your resumes. Don't blame them
for that. They will be having their own problems in the company.
Also just think of this : If a requirement is mentioned and an
employee's mail ID is given, if all of you (50000 members) send
resumes to him, how much time it takes for him to read and reply to
Assume 3 minutes for reading and replying each mail ? How much time
it takes for him to reply to everyone of you? When should he
complete his project work? Remember that you are not the only one
sending resume to him.
So, be very very careful in sending a resume to an employee. And
don't blame him for deleting your resume or for not replying to your
mail. If he is replying you even a single line or sending
requirements to the group, he/she must be very very good and show
gratitude to such people.
I observed lot of people sending resumes to all available mail IDs.
First learn to read the requirement mail
completely and send resume ONLY TO the mail ID mentioned. Also send
resumes ONLY IF you EXACTLY meet the given criteria.
There is no use in sending resumes to every mail ID you come across.
Don't send resume to the one who sent you the requirement. Send it
to the mail ID mentioned in the mail to which resumes need to be
When you are sending resume to an employee in
company, don't bother him with your resumes. First try to enquire
whether there is really any requirement.
And then forward your resume, requesting him to forward to his HR.
Remember that they are helping you by taking their office time. It's
NOT their duty to forward your resume. So, you should be grateful to

are sending resume to any company. If you keep any employee's mail
ID in CC of your mail, it causes a lot of inconvenience to them.
They will anyway DELETE it.
Before sending any Job Info, Please verify by
yourself whether the info is really authentic. Please note that you
will be troubling lot of people by sending unauthentic info.
If some mail ID of an employee is mentioned in requirement, first
mail him asking whether there is really such requirement in their
company and whether he really wants to receive the resumes. Then
only, send that requirement to the entire group.
This is very very important, as you should not trouble any emloyee
of the company for your Job. You will understand their problems once
you get a Job.
NO AUTHENTICITY WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY
INFORMATION APPEARING IN THIS GROUP. JUST BECAUSE I APPROVE A MAIL,
IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT'S AUTHENTIC. YOU HAVE TO VERIFY THE
AUTHENTICITY OF EACH MAIL BY YOURSELF BEFORE SENDING THE MESSAGE.
YOU WILL HAVE TO FACE ANY CONSEQUENCES FOR SENDING UNAUTHENTIC
