Responsibilities:
• Provide inbound application and technical support for all relevant Ariba applications, both internally and externally, by way of e-mail and phone.
• Resolve the assigned issues without escalation
• Successfully document all issues through the CRM System while adhering to all documented procedures
• Conduct all customer interactions in a manner that presents Ariba in a positive light
• Required to work in EMEA time (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

Desired Skills :
* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
* Should have excellent written and spoken english communication
* Passion to work in a support environment
