Job Description

SFDC Developer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for working on Salesforce CRM platform on which Bajaj Finance has developed CRM and Underwriting systems.
  • Should have Strong Knowledge of Java/Apex Programming.
  • Should have good technical understanding of SFDC-API’s (SOAP/RESTFul) for managing enhancements and its integration with systems like Portals/EDW/ Mobile apps.
  • Defining project milestone and drive partner/development teams to ensure delivery on time.
  • Responsible for Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting.
  • Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.
  • Managing Salesforce Admin & Support activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • BE with Min 3-8 years of experience of development on Object Oriented programming/Apex Programming, SFDC.
  • Should have understanding of system integrations.
  • Should be able to deliver on Tight timelines and Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
  • Should have understanding of Loan Business life cycle / process.
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
  • Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses.

MSBI Developer, Data Warehouse, SQL Server

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience with MSBI, EDW, Datawarehouse, Azure Data Warehouse/ Azure Synapse/ Azure SQL DB/ Azure COSMOS DB/ Azure Databricks/ Python.
  • 3-8 years on experience in SQL Server, SSIS (Version 2012), ADF.
  • Professional hand-on Data Modelling, Database Development.
  • Good understanding of Kimball Methodology of Star/Snowflake Schema.
  • Should have a good knowledge of Optimization Technique in SQL Server.
  • Logical Design Demonstrated experience with large scale, multiple business solutions across divisions or enterprise.
  • Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modelling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels.
  • Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges.

Suggestive Technology

  • Must Have: Azure Data Warehouse / Azure Synapse / Azure SQL DB / Azure COSMOS DB

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and offer solutions.
  • Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end.

  • Support/lead new technology initiatives and related technology deliveries.
  • Take part in evaluation of new products, POC, Time bound RND and solution deliveries.

iOS Developer or Android Developer

Position summary

  • We are looking for technical expert who has well versed experience in developing mobile apps (Android / iOS).
  • Development knowledge (Android / iOS).
  • Technical knowledge (Kotlin, Flutter, React Native).

Mandatory Skills

  • Should have a strong understanding of the Mobile App’s and related integration required for the Wallet / payments app.

  • Understand and identify areas of improvement across mobile channel / Wallets.
  • Will be required to work closely with the Mobile Project Management team, internal IT departments and other cross functional teams to ensure on time delivery.
  • Will be Responsible for Server Management of Mobility on day to day basis.
  • Co-ordination with Vendor team for Requirement Discussion and Delivery Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum experience of 3-8 years as iOS / Android Developer.
  • Should have good understanding of Client/Server Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Integration Methodologies.
  • Should have a good understanding of Mobile Architecture for Both Android / IOS.

  • Should have understanding of different app types (native, HTML5, Hybrid etc.).
