  • Experience on all Security technologies like Firewall, DDoS, NIPS, Proxy, Fire eye (NX and EX), Symantec Mail Gateway, Web Application Firewall, SSL VA, Active Directory, Two Factor authentication, Network Forensic & Threat Intelligence & DDOS Devices
  • Strong knowledge of Internet Protocol Suite and layers
  • Must have experience on LAN & WAN technologies
  • Should have worked in middle/large network infra setup
  • Experience of handling and resolving Internet Routing issues involving large Internet service operators
  • Must have experience of working on OEM Products of Cisco, Citrix, CheckPoint, Fortigate & Other Network Security vendors
  • Experience on End Point Security like HIPS, Fire-eye, PGP, Antivirus is recommended

Job Description

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Role: System Security
  • Role Category: Admin/ Maintenance/ Security/ Datawarehousing
  • Function as a team member for IT network incidents of data center
  • Ensuring high quality, consistent technical Support ensuring support Services meet (or exceed) their internally and externally prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Tracking and reporting of Incident Management KPIs
  • Experience on Network monitoring and Infrastructure management tools
  • Actively be part of resolution process for any fault / performance issues
  • Responsible for executing SOP related activities
  • Ensuring that the processes and procedures involving all company services are kept up to date, and are being followed appropriately
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Excellent with Problem Solving ability
  • Validation of Incident reports for management reporting with appropriate preventive and corrective measures
  • Strong MIS related skills for Incident management
