- Bachelors degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years’ experience in developing Web based application using J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
- Experience producing/ consuming REST Web services, micro services architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Web Application architecture and Servlet/JSP/JSF programming.
- Excellent knowledge of database concepts, data modeling tools, and use of relational DBMS.
- Experience using MySql, PostgreSQL and Tomcat technologies and tools.

- Working as a Back End Engineer at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be working on latest back end technologies with IoT platforms. We’re looking for a Back End Engineer who’ll be responsible for understanding the product requirements, design, development and test back-end software for Lighting Products.
- You’ll be part of the Signify Connected Systems and its responsibilities are building IOT based Smart Lighting products , so Problem Solving, Taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do:
- Enhance existing and/or develop new software that enables the launch of new enterprise software products, functionality and services with various web technologies.
- Work with the other software development team members when coordinating on large projects.
- Translate requirements into software in line with project vision.
- Participate in the definition of both the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.
- Participate and contribute in sprint planning, demo and retrospective.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
