Job Description
- Systenics Solutions is looking to hire Freshers as Trainee Software Developers for working on its products.
- Systenics focuses on the latest technologies from Microsoft and needs candidates that are self-learning and motivated to stay on top of latest technologies.
- Our primary development platform is Microsoft .NET with the preference of language being C#.
- We develop Web-based products for our international client base.
- We are looking for Freshers with good knowledge of C/C++ and Object Oriented Concepts with excellent problem solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills are mandatory.

Important Instructions
Selection Process
- Please find the below details for the Systenics interview process.
- 1st Round – HR + Technical Questions (C/C++, SQL, JAVA and Object Oriented Programming Concepts)
- 2nd Round – IQ Test + Technical Round
- 3rd Round – Final Discussion Round
- Results for the First round and if any student is selected for the Second round will be communicated in 2-3 working days. Usually, we keep the Second round after a week so that selected students do get time to prepare well. Second round will include an IQ and Technical (coding) test.
- Written and Oral tests on C/C++, JAVA, SQL and Logic skills will be administered.
- Interviews will be conducted only for shortlisted candidates.
- We will conduct an online face-to-face interview over video call (using Google Meet). Hence, the candidate must have a computer/ laptop with a webcam and a good internet connection for the interview purpose.
- Interviews will NOT be conducted if the candidate is using a mobile phone.
