- The first six months will be the training period that would have the stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month.
- Company spends considerable effort in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior folks and many certifications conducted for new employees hence candidates willing to commit for at least a period of 24 months tenure need only apply.

2) Member of Technical Staff
- Build & develop solutions on today’s standard technology set. Learn new & upcoming technologies with the flexibility to go beyond the usual developer and propose solutions. Building yourself into the next generation of software architects. Right for people with high aptitude, self-starters, and strong architectural bend.
