Desired Skills
Should have relevant experience in testing of transformers mentioned below
High degree of technical knowledge on all tests (Routine / Type/ Special tests) on transformers rating upto 25 MVA, 66 kV class as per IS/IEC standards
Troubleshooting of test circuits / equipments
Preferably experience in ISO 17025 accredited lab
Knowledge on BIS requirements for distribution transformers
Experience in organizing type tests at CPRI / ERDA, etc
Should have good communication skills
Job Description
Role Category: Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance
Role: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive
Responsible for handling a variety of complex assignments in transformer testing laboratory of rating upto 25MVA, 66kV class
Review of technical documents, specifications, PO, QAP, Drawings etc.
Preparation of test plan (routine and inspection) and its execution
Planning and control of day to day routine testing and customer inspections
Preparation of test reports
Handling of customer inspections
Interaction with customers for resolving significant technical queries at various stages (tendering / execution / after sales) and developing related action plan
Maintain of relevant records / documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 & ISO 17025
