Job Description
Monitoring the banking transactions.
In case of transaction failure, following the escalation matrix and informing the same.
Preparing MIS Reports.
Coordinating with internal departments and clients.
Communicating issues via appropriate department contacts.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information through email/chat and some cases through outbound calling.
Maintaining Software Applications.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Full fills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
