The company requires result oriented and dynamic professionals on contract basis as under

Associate Manager (HR&A)

• MBA’s or P.G. Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility/ CTC in a large and reputed organisation. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Associate Manager (Materials)

• Engineering Degree/ MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ equivalent CDA scale or equivalent responsibility/ CTC in a large and reputed organisation.
• Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Officer (Civil)

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE/ BTech) from recognised Institution / University and should have 1 (one) year of post qualification executive experience in supervision of Civil Engineering works in Govt / PSU projects.
• Must have knowledge of Computers (working experience in MS Office, Excel & Power point, use of internet & working knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.

Aviation Officer

• CHPL/ CPL holders from Civil background with one year experience in the aviation Industry and having hands on experience in the field of flight operations, managing aviation department and flight safety and must be familiar with DGCA Regulations.

• Retired Air Force / Army / Naval Officer with helicopter pilot background in the services and adequate experience of Flying Operations and Flight Safety.
  OR
• MBA (Aviation Management) from a recognized University with one year experience in the aviation Industry and having hands on experience in the field of flight operations, managing aviation department and flight safety and must be familiar with DGCA Regulations.
• Desirable Qualification: The incumbent will be assisting the Operations Department in day to day administrative / operational activities of Aviation department and liaising with various Civil / Govt. agencies in the matter of flying operations. He/she should be well conversant with computer application for Aviation Management.
