Overview:

• Must Have – 1.5+ years of IT experience; expert in handling Production Support calls and doing L2 support.
• Experience of Vulnerability and Security testing, Synthetic Monitoring (using Blazemeter/ Postman with App D Dashboards).
• Validate functionality of the final solution to retain its integrity in future releases, so that the defined processes are supported across the solution’s lifecycle.
• Good experience on the following – Test Planning and Preparation, Pre-Install and Configuration Testing, BAU Admin Processes.
• Experience on Security/PEN testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Work closely with various teams on maintaining operational health of core compute services for availability.
• Strong understanding of OWASP top 10 for applications & APIs.
• Practice sustainable incident response and drive root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
• Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Collect and analyze metrics to drive quality and efficiency.
• Participate in corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service, efficiency, and reliability.

Nice to Have:

• Nice to have exposure in Monitoring tools like AppDynamics/ Splunk
• Passion for cloud technologies and automation.
• Experience on security and vulnerability scanning tools is preferred ? ZAP, burp suite, Fortify WebInspect
• Prior experience in Java or .NET based testing platform and Azure Function App
