Details
- Salary: INR 1.2 LPA – 1.92 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)
- Bond: None
- Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed
- Tentative date of joining: Immediate
Description
- Handling calls and providing on call support to clients.
- Responding to queries related to billing, sales etc.
- Remotely diagnosing the issue related to internet connectivity by guiding the client on call.
- Taking feedback from clients once their issue is resolved and updating the same on complaint portal and log sheet.
- Coordinating with field Technical Engineers and updating them about the complaints
