Desired Skills
- Should have relevant experience in testing of transformers mentioned below
- High degree of technical knowledge on all tests (Routine / Type/ Special tests) on transformers rating upto 25 MVA, 66 kV class as per IS/IEC standards
- Troubleshooting of test circuits / equipments
- Preferably experience in ISO 17025 accredited lab
- Knowledge on BIS requirements for distribution transformers
- Experience in organizing type tests at CPRI / ERDA, etc
- Should have good communication skills
Job Description
- Role Category: Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance
- Role: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive
- Responsible for handling a variety of complex assignments in transformer testing laboratory of rating upto 25MVA, 66kV class
- Review of technical documents, specifications, PO, QAP, Drawings etc.
- Preparation of test plan (routine and inspection) and its execution
- Planning and control of day to day routine testing and customer inspections
- Preparation of test reports
- Handling of customer inspections
- Interaction with customers for resolving significant technical queries at various stages (tendering / execution / after sales) and developing related action plan
- Maintain of relevant records / documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 & ISO 17025
