- Installation, Troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops w r t Operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7 etc)
- E-Main client & Outlook Installation & Trouble shooting
- Install & Trouble shooting of VPN connectivity related issues.
- Previous work experience in Multiple VLAN environment.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve any client level applications like Software/Desktop troubleshooting using remote supporting tools.
- Data Encryption/Decryption on HDD & Centralized AV support.
- Knowledge of WDS, SCCM for image installation and software installation for various computer applications and programs.
- Hardening of PC, AV & windows Security patch update & Compliance as per ODC/Project requirements
- File Sharing and printer sharing services.
- Audit related documentation & monitoring the Quality process.
- Basics of Servers like – OS Installation, DNS, DHCP, Proxy etc
- Assigning the tickets to L-1 Engg & support them if any technical queries.
