Responsible for refining community website specifications, developing widgets, customizing/developing extensions and resolving technical issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in building widgets and extensions on community platform and in-depth knowledge of the following programming languages: .NET, C#, VTL, and JavaScript.
Ultimately, you will ensure our Community websites are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.
Identify user and system requirements for new business requirements
Assess wireframes to decide on layout, and feasibility within OOTB platform
Features Write or review code for various widgets or applications using Telligent Script APIs Run functionality testing and debug code
Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
Maintain documentation and repository
Acquire knowledge of our community platform and internal tools, to support maintenance and troubleshooting issues to maintain 100% uptime
Knowledge of programming language, preferably .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python or PHP or VTL
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools Using Jira to track and report works
Understanding of security practices
Understand and monitor web performance, suggest and take corrective actions
Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
