Job Description
- Responsible for refining community website specifications, developing widgets, customizing/developing extensions and resolving technical issues.
- To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in building widgets and extensions on community platform and in-depth knowledge of the following programming languages: .NET, C#, VTL, and JavaScript.
- Ultimately, you will ensure our Community websites are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.
- Identify user and system requirements for new business requirements
- Assess wireframes to decide on layout, and feasibility within OOTB platform
- Features Write or review code for various widgets or applications using Telligent Script APIs Run functionality testing and debug code
- Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
- Maintain documentation and repository
- Acquire knowledge of our community platform and internal tools, to support maintenance and troubleshooting issues to maintain 100% uptime
- Knowledge of programming language, preferably .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python or PHP or VTL
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools Using Jira to track and report works
- Understanding of security practices
- Understand and monitor web performance, suggest and take corrective actions
- Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
