Job Description

MARKETING BUSINESS PARTNER

Skills:

  • Marketing Skills, Communication Skills, Marketing Collaterals, Leadership skills

Qualification:

  • Degree completion is must.
  • MBA Fresher or Experienced

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
  • Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Understand the marketing dynamics
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.

SALES BUSINESS PARTNER

Skills:

  • Interpersonal skill – must be able to understand non-verbal cues as well as negotiate with and persuade your customers.
  • Must be able to provide concise information about the product what you are selling
  • Verbal communication skill
  • Customer service skills – must respond appropriately to your customers’ questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Strong people and leadership skills, with ability to engage teams at different levels.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to tailor to specific business situations or propositions.

Qualification:

  • MBA
  • Degree completion is must.
  • Fresher or Experienced

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
  • Expert in time management and personal organization

Roles & responsibilities:

  • They do rigorous research of qualified prospects for personalized and resonating messaging that will potentially lead to a sale
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.
  • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
  • Researching new prospects
