- The candidate should have a minimum 1-year experience.
- Should have the ability to learn as per the situation on the fly and should execute the tasks with no/less dependencies.
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

- Should have a flair to understand the psychology of the candidate while recruiting, in order to choose further good candidates for other roles.
- There will be a probation for 1 month. Extremely good candidates will have the chance to get absorbed earlier.
Job Description
- This is a full-time position and a work from home position.
- Hire sales engineers and software engineers on a continuous basis for DEZIMAL LABS.
- Understand and prepare clear Job descriptions to be posted in job portals, LinkedIn and Facebook. The requirements will be provided by the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) verbally.
- Schedule virtual interviews of the candidates with DEZIMAL LABS.
- Come up with ideas and work with the CTO to automate the interviewing process for other roles.
- Send daily reports to the CTO on the overall progress of the hires.
- This position will work under the direct guidance and supervision of the CTO.
- This will be an enriching experience for candidates who have a passion for recruiting great talent.
