Description:
Responsible to sell certifications like CISSP, AWS, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL etc.
Achieving monthly sales targets leading to revenue generation.
Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.
Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
Achieving the targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
