Job Description
Domain Skills
- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for below products.
- Understand customers problem and to offer solutions at the right time discussing with co-workers.
- Meeting our existing customers to explain about our other solutions and to identify / create new requirement.
- Interest to learn about new products / technology / solutions.
Products to handle (Some of these products Knowledge)
- EPABX / IP EPABX (Intercom), Telecom cables and its troubleshooting.
- IP based Access control and Attendance systems.
- Wi-Fi deployment in Factories, Institutions, public places, hotels, etc for Voice, Data and Video applications.
- Firewall and Network security.
- Structured cabling.
- Point to point or multipoint wireless deployment for Voice, Data and Video.
- IP surveillance solutions (CCTV).
- Video conferencing solutions.
- Voice over wireless LAN.
- Fire / Smoke detecting systems.
- Networking using managed switches/routers.
- PIR sensors/detectors and panel configuration.
Experience
- 3 years’ Experience in handling network switches, routers, network firewall, and more networking products.
Office Timings
- 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
- Sunday holiday.
- Our customers are spread across Tamilnadu and there may be of travel of 7 days approximately in a month.
- Role: Technical Support Manager.
