Essential Qualifications for Editor (Assamese)
- Graduation from a Recognized University
- Degree / PG Diploma in Journalism with a duration of at least one year from a recognized University/Institution OR
- 5 Years experience in reporting/editing work in print/electronic media
- Proficiency in the Assamese Language
Essential Qualifications for News Reader cum Translator (Assamese)
- Graduation from a recognized University
- Proficiency in Assamese language
- Good voice suited to broadcasting

– Essential Qualifications
- Graduation from a Recognized University
- Degree / PG Diploma in Journalism with a duration of at least one year from a recognized University/Institution OR
- 5 Years experience in reporting/editing work in print/electronic media
- Proficiency in the Assamese Language
– Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of journalistic work in Radio/TV (for Degree or Diploma holders in Journalism)
- Knowledge of basic computer applications
News Reader cum Translator (Assamese)
– Essential Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized University
- Proficiency in Assamese language
- Good voice suited to broadcasting
– Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of journalistic work in Radio/TV
