- 4+ Years of software development or quality engineering experience with emphasis on building test automation frameworks and tools, preferably in Mobile applications.
- Expertise in defining quality and test strategies in a holistic manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to break down and verbalize complex technical ideas.
- Proficient in JAVA or other object-oriented programming language.
- Demonstrated excellent skills with test tools and frameworks such as Espresso, XCTest, Appium, JUnit, TestNG and Selenium.
- Prior working experience with a cloud-based test device farm is a plus

Summary
- A fast growing, innovative team is seeking for a talented, Software Engineer in Test to join them.
- The team is responsible for the development, release, and maintenance of the SAP Ariba Network Supplier Mobile Application, which has over 37K installs and growing steadily year by year since 2015.
- You will have the opportunity to help accelerate the adoption rate of the SAP Ariba Network Supplier Mobile Application, which allows users to access the same rich information they see in the web applications through a modern look and feel UI with simple navigation.
The Role
- As Software Engineer (in Test), you will be responsible for enforcing good quality engineering practices and evaluating product quality for various SAP Ariba Network products.
- Your primary responsibility as Software Engineer (in Test) will be to work with members of scrum teams, as well as cross-functional teams, to design, develop, automate and maintain test suites to ensure a high level of quality for SAP Ariba products.
- You will adopt and enhance new automation tools and create innovative automated test systems.
- These test systems explore and validate the functional correctness, performance capabilities, and resource usage of our product and its various integration points within and outside SAP Ariba’s Ecosystem.
