Job Description
- The primary responsibility is to assure ensure the quality of software being delivered and Develop a thorough understanding of the business domain.
- Expertise in Software testing (STLC), QA process and Methodologies, and Ability to multi-task.
- Experience in working in Agile projects.
- Understand requirements comprehensively, analyze, and translate them into test scenarios and test cases, review & execution, defect review, and management.
- Executing test iterations, tracking/reporting solutions, troubleshooting, and coordinating defect resolution.
- Preparation of test data and execution of test cases (including Black box Testing, functional, system, regression, performance, API and database layer, etc.).
- Identify, record, and retest defects,
- Communicate quality requirements provide test metrics to the project team as required,
- Recommend, develop, and communicate quality assurance processes practices.
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke tests using internal and open source tools (Selenium / Appium, etc).
- Understanding of core java or any other coding language to automate the script.
- Proven ability to Load Test, APIs Test, and experience in SOUP UI, Fiddler, and Appium Test Automation tool would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SQL script and queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
