Project Details:

• This R&D client has customers across the globe buying products from them. Whenever a customer buys a product from, the customer login to this portal and registers their product. They would have also bought some additional expensive services also along with the product which the customer registers in this portal.
• This portal will help the customer with a great UI experience and helps them to search their product first by logging in to the portal.
• It helps the user to solve the issues with further information’s related to the issue and solve it. If issue is not getting solved, it helps the customers to create a case (basically a ticket) by themselves. This application reduces the cost of having an L0 team which supports the customers over a call, since this interactive portal can help the customers to solve their issues by themselves or can create a ticket of their own.

What will you get to learn?

• Candidates will get chance to work on development in SFDC (LWC) from the scratch.
• It’s a 3 years project which is going to give feature development exposure in both frontend and backend activities in SFDC.
• Candidates will get chance to work on SFDX platform and Devops (SFDX is used to enable Devops).
• Since they work on Scaled Agile methodology, candidates will get chance to interact with Onshore teams and come up with best practices.
