Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising / MBA / BE / MCA / BTech
- Consistent Academic Record of 70% in 10th, 12th, UG and PG (if applicable) (OR)
- Irrespective of 10th/ 12th/ UG
- Eligible Passed Out Years – 2018/2019/2020
- Freshers to 2 Years’ Experience

Job Description
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to contribute in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
- The candidate will be required to build campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. for our services and products like Office Portal Collaborative HR Systems. For more information about this Office Portal Collaborative HR Systems, please visit https://officeportal.io
- The ideal candidate should have a passion towards marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and business development.
- You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
