Process Overview:
- Investment & Banking Solutions Technology team is responsible for Investment Products, Card, Deposits, Consumer Vehicle Lending, Retirement, Lending, US Trust. This team provides wealth management financial solutions to individual & institutional clients and Consumer Banking products. The team delivers technology solutions through robust and scalable applications developed on various platforms such as .Net, SQL Server, Oracle, Java/J2EE, Angular JS and Mainframe. This team constitutes Application development, Testing (functional and automation), Design/ Architecture and Business Analysis. We are now in Agile software cycle with sprints running every 2 weeks.
Job Description:
- Person will be handling multiple roles for key function areas in Institutional Retirement in I&BST.
- The associate have to respond to Information Security Questionnaires (ISQ) from prospects and existing clients for the institutional retirement and benefit plan products offered by Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). He / She is required to follow the procedures to complete an ISQ, including providing evidence that the required documentation is in place before a final ISQ response.
- Associate should have some level exposure of System Analysis, converting business requirement to high level design document. Exposure to Wealth platform in Retirements will be helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Interact closely with the US Dev team and External Clients over email.
- Turn around the responses for Bank Clients within the stipulated time.
