Details
- Probation/ Training Period: 1 Months
- Salary:
– During Training Period: 6000 per month
– After Training Period: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 2.16 LPA
– The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion - Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed
- Tentative date of joining: Immediate
Description
- Experienced sales representative and freshers welcome.
- Shift timing – Monday to Friday – 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (timing is flexible based on performance).
- Fixed weekends off.
- Salary brackets for experienced employee include Rs.25,000 base component and on-target minimum commission of Rs.15,000 to Rs.18,000.
- Salary brackets for freshers (Work from Home) base salary starting level of Rs.6,000 and on-target minimum commission of Rs.15,000 to Rs.18,000.
- Incentive are uncapped.
- A monthly allowance of Rs.700 will be paid for all successful candidates using their own PC/laptop/tablet.
- Employee must be regular in their attendance whether WFH or at office.
- Break periods provided for both WFH and office based employment.
- Communication Skills:
– Must be completely fluent in English language with a neutral accent. Speech should be clear with proper stress on specific words. You should be capable of influencing target consumers in their decision-making process. Excellent communicating skills are the top priority for this role. - Listening Skills:
– a successful candidate must have excellent listening skills. - Sales / target driven approach:
– sale training is provided, and previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Experience:
– the role does not require previous sales experience, but preference will be given to candidates with previous sales experience and further preference for candidates with digital marketing and website sales experience. - IT enabled:
– a successful candidate must have basic computer knowledge. - PC/Laptop/tablet:
– it is preferable that candidates have their own PC/laptop/tablet when working from home, the company will provide a monthly allowance for the use of your PC/laptop/tablet.
