Job Positions

  • Jr. Experience Designer (Programmer Analyst) – COMPENSATION: INR 6,30,000 per annum
  • Experience Designer (Associate) – COMPENSATION: INR 8,00,000 per annum
  • Sr.Experience Designer (Associate) – COMPENSATION: INR 12,00,000 per annum

Qualification Criteria

  • 2019/2020 batch of students with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in design or post-graduation in design
  • At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 50% aggregate (all subjects taken Into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears
  • If the candidate has applied for re-evaluation, only the initial results declared would be considered.
  • Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per university norms
  • Maximum gap in education: 2 years
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to Indian nationals only
  • Flexible to relocate to any location in India, work in any shift / domain

Job Description

Job Title: Jr.Experience Designer

Details:

  • Grade: Programmer Analyst Trainee(PA)
  • On Job training: 2 Months

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of User-Centered Design and design principles.
  • Strong attention in details.
  • Passion to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to put together presentations driving goals.
  • Proactively communicating with different teams and collaborate.
  • Knowledge in creating basic prototypes using design tools tools like – Sketch, XD, PowerPoint, Adobe XD, Illustrator.

Details:

  • Grade: Associate(A)
  • On Job training: 3 Weeks | immediate Deployment

Skills:

  • Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Fluent in user center design best practices and methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of user needs.
  • Conduct Heuristic evaluation and help to define user personas, journey maps, IA and task flows.
  • Communicate design solutions to developers, stakeholders.
  • Ability to present design ideas with clarity and passi on and to receive feedback with open mindedness.
  • Work with brand guidelines to create layouts and reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Sketch, XD, In Vision, Figma, Power Point
  • Passion to learn new technologies and tools.

  • Work with brand guidelines to create layouts and reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
  • Support development team with visual assets.
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Sketch, XD, In Vision, Figma, Axure, Proto.IO, Justin Mind/ Origami, Illustrator.
  • Strong presentation and client facing skill.
  • Work independently with client and cross location design teams as and when needed.
  • Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast changing trends.

  • Screening based on portfolio / MCQ Assessment / two rounds of Virtual Interview
  • Registration Window: 22nd to 29th May 2021
  • Round 1 – MCQ Test 1st Jun
  • Shortlist Results Announcement – 4th Jun
  • Round 2 – Virtual Interview, Design Challenge 7th Jun
  • Results will be published: 10th Jun 2021
