Company Benefits / Terms
Remuneration
- There shall be no remuneration for the training period.
- After confirmation, first three months will be on-the-job training with site visits & mentorship. A monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/-shall be paid during this time.
- After the final training, the starting salary shall be in the range of Rs.18,000 – 21,000/- per month, based on individual’s performance.

About The Appointment Process
- The selected individuals will be appointed as trainees, and will be provided training for 6 – 8 weeks.
- Performance of the trainees will be continuously evaluated.
- Training of those whose performance is found unsatisfactory, may be terminated before completion.
- After completion of the training, all successful candidates shall be offered an opportunity to work with Deutek.
