Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Graduates need to work in SQL related work. We required smart candidates who will be working in rotational shift for one of our BIG 4 Audit MNC client
- Data Assurance/Analytics professionals are responsible for executing data scripts on various platforms (ACL or SQL) to support the Data Analytics Practice.
- In addition to administering data scripts, this role requires the ability to document results under standardized procedures.
This Role Involves
- Understanding basic accounting concepts
- Understanding client general ledger systems (components of a general ledger, e.g., account number, account description, beginning balance, activity, ending balance, debits/credits)
- Validating data formats
- Verifying control totals against the general ledger (e.g., debits/credits foot to zero, assets equal liabilities plus equity)
- Mapping of key data points into ACL or SQL scripts
Areas of support provided to the Data Analytics Practice focus on the following
- Executing standardized scripts for journal entry testing to assist with SAS 99 requirements
- Executing Accounts Receivable/Liquidating Accounts Receivable scripts
- Customized Fraud Analytics (using SQL / ACL scripts)
