- Freshers up to 3 Years Experience with Any UG & PG Degree (Backlogs will be considered up to 3) – Should possess the following on own for training purposes
- Excellent English oral communication skills
- Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
- To perform inbound/outbound calls to medical facilities in US
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in mail writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims.
- Telephonic / Video Calls (Virtual Only)
