Job Description
Description
- You will be deputed at our Development centre based out in Gurugram
- Undergo technical and behavioural trainings designed for you for initial 2-3 months
- After successful completion of training you will be assigned in an ongoing project
- Work under the mentorship of highly experienced software professionals
- Understand project requirements and complete all duties assigned by the manager
- Shadow senior developers, ask questions, come up with suggestions and assist wherever possible
- Participate in meetings and attend workshops
- Analyse data and write reports according to specifications
- Take notes and share your findings with your lead/manager
- Establish professional relationships with peers
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence
- Candidate will need to sign a two-year service commitment agreement with us.
Desired candidate profile
- Must have basic knowledge of Programming
- Must have good communication skills
- Should have excellent attitude and aptitude
