- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment.
- Should be aware of Test Management tools like MTM.

Details
- Position Title: QA Test Engineer / Sr. QA Test Engineer
- Reporting To: Manager
- Working Location: Bangalore, India
- Objective: Required to work as a scrum team member in testing role in order to deliver a high quality product
Experience
- Mandatory experience in both manual testing and BDD automation testing of web apps.
- Understand the requirements and write test cases and perform manual testing on mobile app and web app.
- Execute the test cases with MTM.
- Creation automation scripts.
- Perform the Review of the Test Cases from other team members.
- Ensure that activities are coordinated with all stakeholders according to schedule, while ensuring that testing activities are thoroughly documented in support of lifecycle system engineering activities.
- Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
- Participate in the testing of production emergency bug fixes.
- Perform on-demand testing as requested.
- Assist in post-implementation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance systems and applications Support the Planning of test schedules in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.
- Should have good knowledge of Defect Management process and be able to perform Root Cause Analysis of Defects arising out Automation Runs.
