- Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government with 50% or above graduation percentage.
- Age: Anyone between the age group of 21-26 years.
Job Description
- Future Bankers Program is a 1 year professional diploma program by HDFC Bank in collaboration with Manipal University, one of India’s leading educational institutions. This program has been structured to provide a “real world” experience to future banking aspirants.
- A 6 month residential on–campus stint which is an exciting mix of:
– Classroom sessions
– Guest lectures chaired by well-known industry stalwarts
– Group discussions on real world business case studies
– Role plays and field work - For the duration of the program, you are eligible for a stipend as follows:
– First 6 months (Classroom learning)– Rs. 5,000/- per month
– Next 3 months (Internship)–Rs. 10,000/- per month
– Final 3 months (On the job training)-Rs. 10,000/- per month - Job Opportunity as a Personal Banker at the grade of Deputy Manager with HDFC bank on successful completion of the course.
