Pay Details
- 1st 3 weeks – No Salary (If outstanding performance is provided, Probation salary would be paid)
- 3 Months Probation – 6000 INR Fixed Salary
- Upto 1 Lakh CTC per year post confirmation, purely based on performance only.
Addon Details
- We don’t charge you or block any salary as deposits.
- We expect your contribution in the technical area and support of the co-developers to build the team and improve the company project works.
- Salary would be credited to your bank account from Company Account only. No Cash Payment.
- Salary would be increased based on performance & contribution along with company growth.
Working Details
- Days: Monday – Friday & 1st, 3rd Saturday
- Timing: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
- Paid Leave: 1 Day every Month
- Work Location: Guduvanchery (Google Map Here)
