Company Benefits / Terms
- 2 Weeks monitoring on your work – No Salary (If outstanding performance is provided, Probation salary would be paid)
- 3 Months’ Probation – 6000 INR Fixed Salary
- Upto 1Lakh Post on confirmation, purely based on performance only.
- Deductions: There are no deductions, Net pay is your salary.
- Paid Leave: 1 Day every Month
- Working Days: Monday – Friday on all working days, + 1st and 3rd Saturday
- Timing: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
- Notice Period: 2 months
- Bond: 1 Year

- Completed courses or training in PHP Laravel is a plus.

- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
- Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
- Creative and efficient problem solver
- Knowledge in GitHub, Laravel Supporting IDE, laragon or related tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX\UI) team
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
Please Note
- We don’t charge you or block any salary as deposits.
- We expect your contribution in the technical area and support of the co-developers to build the team and improve the company project works.
- Salary would be credited to your bank account from Company Account only. No Cash Payment.
- Salary would be transferred on 5th of every month for the previous month.
- Salary would be increased based on performance & contribution along with company growth.
- Freshers who have excellent knowledge in php completely can apply, we provide 2 weeks time to learn laravel and work.
- If you are located or willing to stay near our location would be given preference.
