Job Description
- Good Communication Skills.
- Typing Skill.
- Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Windows client & servers system which includes performance, uptime, website status, web based application & server resources.
- Maintaining desktop/laptop/servers and other IT equipment’s.
- Strong knowledge on windows OS installation & Recovery.
- Should have Knowledge on Backup & restore of Data.
- Asset management of IT Equipment.
- To have knowledge on Outlook configuration and trouble shooting, end-user configurations, etc.,.
- Troubleshooting of all kinds of OS, internet / intranet problems and monitoring.
- Maintenance, upgradation and resolution of all network related problems.
- Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments and Internet & intranet systems.
- Knowledge on OSI layers, networking, routing, switching, TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, firewall, Wi-fi, VPN.
- Networking, security assessments, outlook, antispam, spam filter, antivirus.
- Install and maintain network hardware and software.
- Identify user needs.
