- Fresher: Trainee Customer Support Officer – Level-1 Graduate Freshers and Experienced
- Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma) Experienced: Customer Support Officer – Level-2
- Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills Immediate Joining Excellent Verbal / Written skills
- Candidates flexible working in shifts
- Note: BE / B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS) and MBA are NOT eligible for this profile
- Responsible for solving customer queries through calls
- Will be aligned to take 80-100 calls per day
- Should be flexible working in shifts and rotational off
