AUTOMATION TESTING (2-4 Years)

• Selenium framework, Webdriver IO framework
• Knowledge in Automation API testing
• Experience creating automated test scripts
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
• Experience running automated testing tools
• Experience with creating mock data and manipulating data, and executing database queries to validate data and metrics via scripts and programming
• Detailed organizational and coordination skills

MANUAL TESTING (2-4 Years)

• Good hands-on experience in Functional testing, Agile methodology, software testing skills
• Handling defect management/preparing /Maintaining test results
• Understand requirements, design test cases/execution on any test management tool.
• Test Experience in Mobile testing, API testing with Postman or Swagger
• Performing Regression testing to ensure the software quality
• Supporting clients on daily basis on the testing activities
• Hands on experience in DB testing, ability to write SQL queries

Sr. QA ANALYST (4-5 Years)

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Software testing
• ISTQB Certified preferred.
• Ability to Lead the QA team – techno functionally
• Good experience in functional testing, API testing, Mobile testing (Android/IOS).
• Good experience in Test Management tools like Testrail, QC
• Ability Define Test Plan, Test Strategies, Test scenarios for given project
• Ability to identify the risks and mitigate them in early stages.
• Good Knowledge in Project Management tool/Bug Management tool Jira
• Basic understanding on Automation tools
• Ability to review the test artifacts.
• Domain knowledge in Health care, Ecommerce, Retail would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills both Verbal and written.
• Complete understanding of testing fundamentals.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
