Job Description
- Dial outbound calls (Min 6 hrs of telephonic prospecting) to find prospects, generate leads and arrange meetings.
- Prospect/ Refine the lead from cold calling
- Call lead prospects that are generated by internal/ external source
- Encourage the customer to come for a property tour, follow up on leads assigned
- Direct prospects to the field Business Development team and ensure follow-up
- Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements
