At least 10+ Years of Experience (or equivalent) managing QA in client-facing software implementations
5+ Years of experience managing a QA Team
Familiarity with international clients/stakeholders
Experience with multi-year implementation projects
Expertise in SDLC
Agile and Waterfall best practices
Test Automation
Experience with design and development in OO language and debugging software (identifying syntax, coding, and design errors)
Experience in Leasing/Lending or Core Banking Applications

Primary Role
Odessa’s Delivery team is looking for a strategic, hands-on software Quality Manager.
Entrusted with ownership and leadership of the QA workstream for our global enterprise customer implementations, you will work across the software lifecycle from requirements, design, development, and testing throughout implementation.
Collaboration with colleagues in development, quality assurance, documentation, and project management can be expected.

What You’ll do
Responsible for leading onshore and offshore test teams for Integration, System, Regression, and Acceptance testing of Odessa Software and interfacing applications
Overall accountability for the creation of all test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports
Manage all testing activities and staff, project management, and maintenance testing, for IT group including test planning including documentation, system/functional testing, regression testing, and UAT
Project manage the QA Workstream in Customer implementations, collaborating closely with Customer resources
Develop the project schedule for integrated systems testing including MS Project plan completion
Provides test planning, execution, defect identification/tracking/resolution, and test reporting
Coordinate system data feed planning, communications plans, and test validation documents cross-system/functionally
Develop QA goals, strategies, SEI CMM Level III based methodology processes and procedures for evolving QA group and corporate capability, including the expansion and use of automated tools and UAT
