Job Description

Areas of Responsibility – Platform and Application level Support for Android/iOS based product.
Technical Competencies – Oracle, Linux, Java (basic).
Preference would be given to the candidature with Android/iOS Apps technical support background.

Main Tasks

Monitoring the alerts using panels like Zabbix, AppDynamics, EgL etc.
Helping client’s customer care team via email in resolving issues.
Providing technical support/ debugging of live issues.
Performing sanity checks for the services.
Understanding SQL queries (Oracle) and their execution on Linux system.
Writing shell scripts on Linux system.
Task Planning and execution.
Performing housekeeping activities as per the schedule.
