Job Description
- To handle IBM WAS, ColdFusion and BPM administration activities along with applications support which is hosted.
- Installation and Configuration of IBM WAS product as per the requirement
- Application deployment as requested
- Administrating ColdFusion, BPM and other business products
- Handle Operating Systems Windows, AIX and Linux patches and Fixpacks
- Handle Vulnerabilities and come up with remediation plans
- Handle Performance related issues
- Implement high availability like Load Balancer and Clustering
- Setup or renew SSL Certificates
- Upgrade and Migration of IBM WebSphere Application Servers
- Compliance to Service Level Agreements
- Troubleshooting issues and working with application product vendors
- Regularly monitor batch jobs and need to handle the batch process if it fails
- Document system design, procedures and Disaster Recovery
- Adhere to defined process ITIL
- Develop scripts PowerShell, Shell, Jacl, Jython, WS admin scripts to automate regular activities
- Handle customer calls and status meetings
- Participate Disaster Recovery and maintenance activities
- Support change request as per demand
- Handle all levels incidents.
