The role:

• Responsible for creating Sales and purchase orders for services sold by SoftwareONE.
• Order creating and submission through the Microsoft Order tools.
• Following up on open orders, reconciliations of license reservations.
• Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
• Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
• Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
• Automate bulk and repetitive tasks.

What we need to see from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university.
• Excellent English written & verbal Skills.
• 0-3 years’ experience in software industry.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent Excel Skills.
• Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills.
• Ability to analyze information with attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to research multiple sources to find data.
• General math skills, PC proficient, knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems.
• Reliable and desirable work ethic within a team environment.
• Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment.
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
• Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
