Responsibilities
- HMIS & EDMS Implementation onsite
- Project planning, execution and presentation
- End User Training on software (Individual and Group)
- Understanding of Customer Problem and give them proper support with resolution
- Test the full functional process flow before implementing at customer end
- Understand customers requirement and explain/ coordinate with project manager/ development head for functionality development.
- Manage Customers Smartly with cool minded approach
