- Any degree (Regular).
- 2018 to 2020 Graduates with minimum of 60% in all academics.
- No gaps of any kind.
- Well versed in MS-Office.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience 0 – 1 year in relevant field.
- Should be able to visit Syncfusion Software offices in Chennai when needed.

Job Description
- Technical Support Associate (Email, Web and Voice) (Work from home. 3 shifts Monday through Friday. Saturday may be needed when applicable. Fresher’s can apply)
- Syncfusion Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for multiple Technical Support Associates. Syncfusion is a fast paced, growing organization that offers a challenging work environment with excellent rewards for the right candidate.
- This position is for three shifts that cover 24 hours a day to provide support to our global customers.
- This position allows you to work from home but you may be required to come to our offices in Chennai for training and other purposes (on occasion).
- You will provide Email, Web and Voice based support. You will coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to provide support.

Working Hours
- Three shifts.
- All shifts can be worked from home with no commute to the office.
- Saturday work (As needed)
