Job Description
1. Software Engineer
- Execute complete software development life cycle
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Designing and implementing solutions, making appropriate use of software design patterns and best practices
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in technologies
- Find innovative ways to incorporate new ideas to improve the user experience
- Desired Candidate Profile:
– Engineering graduates BE / BTech Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, MCA
– Impeccable communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and work on current technologies will be preferred
– Knowledge of computer systems and technologies
– Ability to develop software in C, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages
– Must be very good in Data Structures
2. Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
- Day-to-day duties typically include:
– Identifying new sales leads.
– Pitching products or services.
– Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn and in other social media platforms) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
– Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about technology initiatives.
– Contacting potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. - Skills required:
– Strong communication and IT fluency.
– Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
– In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
– The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail. Excellent time management and organization. - Educational qualification – Any Undergraduates or postgraduates (Preferably from a science background) can apply. We are open to interviewing candidates with backlogs/arrears.
3. UI/UX Designers
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Should be able to design web pages, web banners, logos, mailers, and newsletters.
- Fresh thinking in terms of design for social media campaigns.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company and websites.
- Collaborating effectively with engineering, and management teams.
- Skills required:
– An online portfolio is a must to apply for this design role.
– Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator Visualizing and designing eye-catching designs.
– Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
