- Sell Talent Acquisition (Permanent reqs) solutions directly to IT Product and Niche Technology companies & manufacturing verticals like Food & Beverages, Consumer Packaged goods, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Energy, etc.
- Sell the Contract Staffing value proposition clearly & effectively to potential new clients whilst ensuring monthly targets’ are met/exceeded.
- On-board new Accounts with end-to-end responsibility – identification, qualification, prospecting, and closure in the domestic market.( End-to-end customer management – from lead generation to collections)
