Details:
- Functional Area: Engineering
- Industry Type: IT-Software-Software Services
- Software Support (Freshers only)
- Salary: 8,000 to 10,000 /month
- Languages: Hindi, English Mandatory (Kannada or Telugu or Tamil or Malayalam Optional)
Job Descriptions for Software Support:
- Understand product functionality to drive customer based solutions
- Demonstrate strong empathy for customer concerns
- Represent the company as both a Software Support Engineer and a Customer Advocate
- Document and Summarize the results of customer site visits or escalated problems
- Document and follow-up of customer suggestions for continued improvements to internal systems and products
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance client relationships
- Understand each client’s business workflow, organization and objectives
- Focus on performance and scalability of the software and continuing changes
- Detailed and timely case management of software related issues via Microsoft CRM
- Detailed time tracking for client billing and project management
- Ability to handle multiple client calls and emails, escalating when needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
