Technical Support Engineer
- Provide voice based support to international/domestic customers over phone (Inbound and Outbound).
- Should be able to build a rapport with the customer, with clear and confident communication.
- Focus to be on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution.
- Engaging with the technical team for providing faster resolutions to technical issues.
- Working closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Technical Support Engineer
- Answer & Manage incoming Calls, Emails and Chats.
- Setup screen-sharing sessions with customers to troubleshoot issues.
- Validate feature/enhancement requests on the product and bring it to the attention of the Product team.
- Keeping Product knowledge updated with growing industry standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic programming skills in C/ C++/ JAVA is an asset.
