- We’re looking for someone with

3. Ability to work independently and deliver value to the customers and the company
4. Should be willing to work in night shifts
5. Must be interested in the accounting and finance side
- Job Description
1. Answering customer queries through phone, e-mail & chat about product features and capabilities.
2. Helping customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration difficulties and advanced technical issues in the product by working closely with the development team.
3. Prompt communication of customer requirements to the development team.
4. Facilitate with product demos, implementations and training.
Technical Support Engineers at Chennai, Tenkasi, Renigunta
- Answer & Manage incoming Calls, Emails and Chats.
- Setup screen-sharing sessions with customers to troubleshoot issues.
- Validate feature/enhancement requests on the product and bring it to the attention of the Product team.
- Keeping Product knowledge updated with growing industry standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic programming skills in C/ C++/ JAVA is an asset.
